RETURNS INFORMATION
We’re sorry to hear your Coconut Lane order wasn’t quite right. If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange an item
Simply send your order back to the address below and include a note inside your parcel with your:
- Order number
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
- For exchanges please include the size you would like instead
Once your return arrives back with us, refunds will be processed or your exchange will be sent out to you. We’ll pop you an email if there are any issues with your request.

Please include a note inside your parcel with your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
All items must be returned:
- Unused, clean and in their original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In original, undamaged packaging (including boxes where applicable)
Items returned used, marked, without tags or with damaged packaging cannot be accepted and may be returned back to you at your own cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons or because they are custom-made, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Tough Phone Cases
- Personalised Phone Cases
- Samsung Phone Cases
- PopSockets
- Straw Covers / Straw Toppers
- Tumbler Toppers
- Car Coasters
- Earrings
Please double check all personalisation details before ordering as personalised products cannot be changed or returned.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of your return arriving back with us. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Original postage costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. If your item has arrived damaged, please email hello@coconut-lane.com with photos before returning.
We recommend keeping proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that go missing on their way back to us.
